The family’ matriarch, Ely, started in her passion for cooking at an early age of 11 years old during the 1970s. She began by selling bbq, lomi, mami, pansit, halo-halo and later on lunch and dinner meals such as favorite Filipino
dishes. At the age of 18, she was able to travel across all the Southeast Asian nations, exploring various cuisines reflecting each country’s culture. This allowed Ely to enrich her passion and diversify her cooking techniques.
Her talent in cooking coupled with her natural business skills allowed her simple ventures to blossom. Today, with the help of her husband, who also shares the same passion, and their children, who are helping them channel
this business to modern platforms, she embarks on a new endeavor, with the aim of helping individuals and families enjoy quality meal time.
